How to order

To make a purchase, simply select the products that you wish to order and add them to your basket. When you have finished making your selections, click on the ‘checkout’ link.

We accept Paypal payments or Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. If you prefer you can provide us with your card information by phone ( 01989 562670) or contact us direct via this website.

All prices are in £ Sterling.

Delivery Information

Stock items are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receipt, via first class, signed for, parcel post.  

All orders are supplied subject to availability (refer to product pages for specific availbility). It should be noted that occasionally, where special orders are required, there may be a delay in which case we will contact you.

Postage Costs 

For orders under £50.00 postage costs £4.95.

For order over £50.00 delivery is free.

Your online security

At Mervyn James you do not have to worry about your credit or debit card safety.

We use Paypal to process our orders which is secured by SSL for your protection and peace of mind.

Non-UK orders

Please contact us before ordering for international postage costs.

Privacy Policy

We have a very strict privacy policy, and will not pass on any of your personal information to third parties.

Returns Policy

Damages or shortages in delivered goods should be notified immediately, and returned to us. Our address is shown on our contact page. Faulty goods returned in original packing within 14 days will be exchanged or a full refund offered.

Other Goods returned new and unopened (in original packaging) within 7days will be exchanged at our discretion.  Postage charges may apply for exchanged items.
